How to Request a Return

Email [email protected] or call +44 161 643 4900 within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase and tell us whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will provide return instructions, confirm the return address and arrange a prepaid return label or cover reasonable return postage.

Please send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. There are no restocking fees.

Item Condition

You may unpack and inspect goods as you would in a shop. Please return all included accessories and package the goods securely. Original packaging is appreciated but is not required to exercise your statutory rights.

For change-of-mind returns, a refund may be reduced to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, where permitted by law.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For change-of-mind returns, we will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

When you cancel an entire order, we also refund the standard delivery charge originally paid. Additional charges for premium delivery are not refundable for a change-of-mind cancellation.

Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Exchanges

We cover return postage and the delivery cost of an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Please contact us if your goods are faulty, arrive damaged or do not match your order. Photos may help us understand the issue.

You generally have the right to reject goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Rights to repair, replacement or other remedies may continue after this period.

We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. Refunds for rejected faulty goods will be issued without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund.

Your UK Cancellation Rights

For eligible online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, this period runs from receipt of the last item. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back.

Our 30-day returns policy provides additional time and does not limit your statutory rights. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation right.
